This is all tragic of course. But what are we to do about it? 20 years of military occupation and war seems to have accomplished nothing. What's a workin' stiff in the pacific northwest to think or do?
Thank you. I didn’t see the progression of Taliban re-imaging in the media only because I was not looking. My attention was elsewhere. And I too am lucky to have been born in the SF Bay Area instead of possibly eastern Germany.
