The Fascism Debate

I just discovered this outstanding contribution to the "Is Trump a fascist" debate. I've been poring over the scholarly literature on fascism all week (though this collection probably obviates the need for me to say something: he's made all the points I planned to make). While I'm still with the scholars who say, "No, that's not quite right," it really is debatable. Have a look. I'd say Trump is 50-60 percent of the way there, perhaps? I would suggest the much more relevant term is "malignant narcissist." But you can't expect the generals to know much about that. -
