I fell asleep last night before announcing the big finale. That’s okay, I said to myself when I woke up: We’ll just keep celebrating for another day. If I welcomed the thought of having one more day of merriment before returning my attention to the abject state of the world, I figured you probably would, too.
But then as the day went on, I started to feel irresponsible. I noticed there was actually a lot of important news you should know about.
So here’s the plan. The first part of this newsletter is for readers who’d like to keep celebrating. The second part is for those who are ready to return to reality. You choose.
THE HAPPY PART
🙏🏼 Thank You! 🥲

If you’d like to help them while they wait, I’m sure it would be welcome.
Isn’t that terrific news?
Once again, thank you to everyone who contributed, in any amount. It added up. It made all the difference in the world.
