Yesterday, Azerbaijan launched a military offensive in Nagorno-Karabakh. Today, the Republic of Artsakh capitulated and accepted a ceasefire. The bulk of its forces have surrendered to Azerbaijan. Under the agreement, ethnic Armenian forces in Nagorno-Karabakh will be disbanded and completely disarmed.
