  • The IDF says Israel and its allies intercepted “99 percent” of the 300-plus drones, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles fired at its territory.

  • US, British, French, and Jordanian forces helped to defend Israel.

  • Jordanian jets shot down dozens of Iranian drones flying across northern and central Jordan en route to Israel. That Jordan pitched in to help Israel is highly significant.

  • The UAE and Qatar also provided supporting assets for surveillance and refueling. That’s significant, too. The Israelis aren’t kidding when they say that secretly, the Arab leaders are on their side. (Would they allow Israeli manned jets or weapons to overfly their territory to attack Iran, I wonder?)

  • There were no fatalities and “very little” damage—an extremely impressive night for Israel’s air defense.

  • They managed to hit Nevatim Air Base, in the south, but not so hard as to blunt its capabilities, the …
