Now, about the quiz. When you pick an answer, Substack puts a circle with a checkmark on the answer you chose, like so:

That doesn’t mean the answer was correct. It just means you chose it. The design is confusing, but that’s the only option Substack gives me. So I regret to tell you that some of you that you didn’t do as well as you thought.

Actually, I was surprised that so many of you picked the wrong answers, because everything came from the very most recent edition of Global Eyes. Usually, the right answer was in the first sentence of the article in question.
