Two newsletters in one day, Claire? Yes. You see, I’d almost finished my doctoral dissertation on the collective oeuvre of Peter Zeihan, but after laboring all day yesterday on the footnotes and the index I was just too tired to proofread properly, so to relax, I decided to spend a bit of time reading the Russian media.

In any event, I took a gander at Tsargrad today, and discovered a three-bat-screed from Alexander Dugin. I had to share it with all of you.
