You see, I’d almost finished my doctoral dissertation on the collective oeuvre of Peter Zeihan, but after laboring all day yesterday on the footnotes and the index I was just too tired to proofread properly, so to relax, I decided to spend a bit of time reading the Russian media.

In any event, I took a gander at Tsargrad today, and discovered a three-bat-screed from Alexander Dugin. I had to share it with all of you.
